Caligula 6-30-02, 11:42 AM The cheese is a must, personally I like meats in my omlette, bacon, ham, sausage.. and a few vegetables. like mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. The free chicks I see here look 100% the same. Do you know what thingies you pick out of the egg? I think the white parts look more like egg than the black parts do.:) I have no idea what the small black parts are. Chopper - you need a cast iron pan - just a small one, season it. put some oil on the bottom heat at medium heat - about 5 minutes or less) Pour your egg mixture in and let it puff right up.
