The new album is entitled "Dark Circles" and is under the group name of "The Devils". It sounds very interesting, but I'm not quite sure it will see the light of day here in the states.

Details are here: http://www.thelilactime.com/

I'm surprised to hear that since Nick was in the studio with Duran Duran working on a new album. I guess maybe they are finished recording. I will have to check this out. Thanks for the info, Greenway. :)

Wow, that is interesting news. Wasn't Tin Tin an original member of D2? Looking forward to the new material!

The Devils album was recorded a year or so ago, they are just getting around to realeasing it.

Triv, Tin Tin went to art school with Nick Rhodes and John Taylor and even played in a band with them, but somehow got left out of the mix of Duran Duran.

In 1978, Stephen Duffy formed Duran Duran with John Taylor (guitar at the time) and Nick Rhodes (keyboards) in Birmingham, England; Duffy sang and played bass. A year later, Duffy left the band for a solo career. That is when they found Simon Le Bon.

The word from the authority on Duran Duran on the Xchange!!! I'm thinking it was probably a bad idea for Stephen to leave the band to pursue his own solo career!!!

Duran Duran is available to tour now.
I only know this because we get a list at work of bands that are available for booking. Their name is on the list along with quite a few of our other favorite '80s bands. It's funny because DuranDuran and Missing Persons came onto the list at the same time!
