I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I'll give it a shot. What do you guys think of the remakes Me First & The Gimmie Gimmies do on 80s songs? I've heard about 4 of them from the 80s. I think they are fun. They definately are not trying to copy anybody. They have their own style of doing re-makes. Summer Of 69 and Walk Like An Egyptian are trippy but fun. I guess you have to be in a certain mood to enjoy them. A punk mood for sure! So, does anybody else here listen to their music?:)

This guy I knew in my Earth Science had all their CD's. Since our teacher kicked ass, she'd let us play music when we were done with our work. :D The teacher liked The Gimme Gimmes! She'd let us play them everyday. :D :dance:

Ok, I can't think of the name of this song they did and I want it. I have always liked the orginal and I believe the original is from the 50s. The words are like "who put the bop in the bop sh bop sh bop who put the dip in the dip d dip d dip.... Who was that man I'd like to shake his hand, he made my baby fall in love with me." I can't find their cover of this. Any clues as to which CD it's on?

'Who Put the Bomp" is on the CD "Blow in the Wind".
