Well, finally, after 15 years, I've found it thorugh the AGSatellite.

The song's called "Not at Home to Heartache"
The band: Perfect Alibi.

I don't have any information about this band, except that they are SURE from UK... as far as I know, the only song they released was "Not at Home to Heartache", and only in a 12" version. The company was RCA / BMG, but I don't have more details. Maybe any british member can help you better...
