His song Nite and Day is a great song, one of the best of 1988. I also like If I'm Not Your Lover alot. I've heard a couple others like Killing Me Softly (kind of a weak remake of a 70s classic), Off On Your Own Girl, and Rescue Me. What do you think of Al B Sure?

Al B damn Sure his name wasn't really Al B Sure

His real name was Al Brown. What a great album his first release was, unfortunately he kinda faded into oblivion. PM Dawn sampled "Nite and day" in their single "Sometimes I miss you so much".

He had five #1 singles on the R&B charts and 13 charted R&B singles, a much better showing than on the pop charts. His chart career spanned from 1988-1994.

I Loved Al B. Sure back in the day. Nite and Day was my favorite song by him. I also loved Rescue Me, Off on your own girl. What ever happened to him. Last I heard he was supposed to be doin a Jodeci reunion album, but I don't know what's the deal with that.

I really liked that song 'Nite and Day'. Can honestly say it's the only one I remember by him, but i should give the others a listen.
