I think Tim Conway was on it as well. Anyhow, it was like a spoof on DALLAS. (see, they are both names of cities!) Sunshine 8-07-01, 06:32 PM I remember that show, Fresno. I live in Fresno and I remember when they filmed it, they blocked the entire downtown area and no one could go down there. It was like a huge tourist trap though with everyone trying to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Used to have it on tape years ago but taped over it. ImSoooSure 8-09-01, 05:23 AM Hi Sunshine! I live in Fresno too! What school did you go to? If I remember right Fresno was a mini series not a reg. series. I remember Carol Burnette's sons name was Caine and the big famous line of the series was "I didn't have time for anything I was too busy raisen Caine!" 80sTrivia 8-09-01, 11:24 AM Gosh, I remember this show, Silver! It was a spoof of Dynasty/Dallas/Falcon Crest, et. al. I don't think it lasted more than one season, however, and I'm surprised that it made it all the way to Europe! I was actually a big fan of Mama's Family, with most of the same cast! |
