Hi everyonehttp://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//wavey.gif My brother used to watch an aerobic show on either HBO or Showtime. The camera shots were usually of the womens butts or other spots. It had like "sexy" music they worked out to Sound familiar to anyone?
Was it called aerobisize (spell?)

I have no clue on that one, Topcat.... I didn't watch HBO much in the 80s...
I remember, though.. when Richard Simmons was on all the time in the 80s... and even though he seemed gay, the moves that he had the women do seemed a bit provocative at times, ... and he would run around and try to help them personally do the move correctly and touch them inappropratly.. http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//laugh.gif

Sure sounds like you're talking about :20 Minute Workout, but that was just on regular old network TV. The girls did their aerobics on a rotating platform and the cameramen were, well, my heroes http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//wink.gif
If you ever watch the X Show on FX network, they have film of the old :20minute workout playing on monitors behind the guys that are talking.

Yeah, that was a true classic. We should petition TV Land to show it each morning - I bet Bodies in Motion and Bodyshaping would see their ratings decline dramatically!
