Remember when Robin Williams HBO special "An Evening At The Met" aired? I became a die hard RW fan that day, it was WAY beyond anything expected of him. Given my whole experience was confined to Mork and Mindy and Popeye. Then I saw "The World According to Garp" and was blown away a second time. This should be reclassified as a seperate topic. Something like, stars that have managed to cross over the decades/have endured/or just have real talent. I think RW is one of these. By the way, the cd of the HBO special is still available! I highly reccomend it!!

I've always liked Robin Williams as well. I liked Mork & Mindy, I liked how he played Popeye. Just about every movie I've seen him in was a good one. Especially lately. I haven't seen many of his comic acts but I do hear they're very good. One day I will have to check out one of his videos.
