Will this speculation never end. I mean it's been going on for over a month and wouldn't Maddy be showing my now? If she is ok, if she isn't ok, it's her business.


Madonna: 'I'm Not Pregnant'

Superstar Madonna has hit out at claims by her father that she's pregnant. Tony Ciccone ended weeks of speculation this weekend by announcing to the British tabloid The Sunday People that the 43-year-old is expecting her third child--her second with movie-maker husband Guy Ritchie. Ciccone is quoted as saying, "We are very excited that she is expecting again." But Madonna's spokesperson, Liz Rosenberg, who has spent recent weeks furiously denying reports of another baby, insists the rumors aren't true. She even doubts whether Mr. Ciccone spoke to the paper, sniping, "It sounds like something he said when she was pregnant with Rocco (Madonna's 22-month-old son with Ritchie)." But Rosenberg's comments are unlikely to dampen speculation. The rep admits to lying about Madonna's two previous pregnancies--the Material Mom also has five-year-old daughter Lourdes with personal trainer-turned-actor Carlos Leon--but she insists this time she's telling the truth. Rosenberg says, "She is not pregnant--and I am not lying now."

Well, if she is pregnant, she won't be able to conceal it too much longer!!! I think it's odd that her dad would say something like this to the media, knowing how stringently Maddy controls information about her private life. As I recall, she denied she was pregnant both times she has been pregnant quite vehemently as well, so time will tell, I suppose!

I agree Michael, Madonna is very private. I would be inclined to believe her this time around, only because I don't think she'd risk it again. She had some complications with Rocco's birth.

After hearing her father had announced it I figured it was true. This is the first I've heard that she isn't again. I guess we'll all know real soon!

I was positive she was pregnant. This is news to me. The rumour mill needs to make up it's mind. :) :)

:lol: Too true Pippi! :lol: I personally think it would be too risky for Mads to have another child, and don't think she'd want to risk complications again. She has it all now, a boy and a girl, the set is complete. :lol: They are both beautiful children too.

This story changes everyday. It should be called "As Madonna's Ovaries Turn"!!! :)

I hope she is pregnant, but she is 43. She already has two children--5-year-old Lourdes (her daughter with former personal trainer Carlos Leon) and 18-month-old son Rocco, her first child with director-husband Ritchie. It is hard to have children at that age.
