I've made it to 800 posts, and I'm feeling proud, so I thought I'd review my time here...so far.

I've sometimes been wired

I have often loathed
I've often complained of not being bethrothed
I've seen populations rise
And the mighty fall
I've cried for the dead
And I've laughed at the sprawl
Of the depth and the breadth
Of my likes and my hates
And listened to all
From Daryl Hall to John Waite
For all the pain I've been through and caused
You all still make me feel like a king
Here's to 800 more and 800 more after this

Okay, I need to master rhythm a little more, but I did reach this milestone and so I wanted to mark it. This post shall make it 801...only 199 until (I believe) I can join the round table.

Thanks for beating sense into me when I needed it (Paul Harvey, "Smallville", Kurt Cobain, rap music), and offering open arms and ears for all of my being, whether the occasion was joyous (A trip to Disney World, a new year, a new job), or sad (romantic problems, 9/11). I love all of you, and I wish to remain here for as long as I can.
