In case you hadn't known, you can switch the colors around if you'd like. Click on the "user cp" button (that's your Control Panel) and then click the "Edit Options" link. Scroll down and look to the left.. You'll see "Style Set". You can choose from:

Dark Blue
Light Blue (default)
Light Purple
Steele Grey

and one of these days, we'll have a light green scheme...

Which one do YOU use?

I went with Dark Blue. It's color scheme reminds me of midnight.

I use the light blue color scheme. It is the best for my eyes with all the hours I am spending here these days.

The green one sounds interesting though.

I usually use the dark blue, but lately I have been using the light blue.

Default. I don't really go for a pure white or pure black background.

I use the defaul colors. I like the light blue color scheme as it is easy on the eyes and doesn't make me strain to read the words.

Always been a colour I've liked and it's a brighter more cheerful colour. But not too bright. :)

I like the dark blue. Although the light purple is nice too. :)

I use the light blue. I have had the darker colors but I didn't think things showed up very well on them. Especially when I had the penguin smilie a while back. I would love to see a pink one too! I would definately enjoy that most.:)

Roem. Be careful when you make changes. I did a couple of times and things got a little screwy. I think it's a little hard to understand which styles work with which.. I don't know - maybe I just didn't spend enough time with it. It's wierd.

I know I have to change one of the ICQ icons to have white text for users of the Dark Blue scheme.

But Roem.. Feel free to play around. The more styles the better...

Does that mean I can play around too Sal ?? :goofy: (you know I'm required to post stuff like this ;) :D )

I just use the default Light Blue. I'm used to it and it is easy to read.

I like the default light blue! It is how I've always viewed the Xchange. :)

I was with dark blue, but have recently changed it to light purple for a bit of change...

I use the original layout whatever it is.
It is for me a part of the 80sxchange and I like to see the same layout and appearance of the Text, pictures and background as it has been formatted.

I would like to see a pink one too that way I can switch back and forth from purple to pink.

I was using the light blue...but when I was posting at night, it hurt my eyes..so I went to dark blue. Then, when the moon was in the 7th sky, and Jupiter aligned with Mars, I used the light purple one! (Actually, I did use light purple when it first became an option, but didn't like it. Went to light blue.) :)

Default - cause it's easy to read and I've gotten used to it. Have tried some of the others, but I always end up back with default style again.

I wanted to get my two cents in atleast every poll, and i was gonna do it bit by bit at a time, but I was on such a roll.. i recycled them all last night and hadn't realized until i looked at the boards and saw like 100 polls everywhere with my name as most recent :lol:

This thread's so old it was posted before I had started designing styles for the site :lol: I dunno... should I add all mine to the poll now? :lol::p

I have field color blindness so it really doesn't really matter to me! :D

Right now I'm using Default. I can see everything better with this one. I tried the others but they were hurting my eyes after awhile. I can handle Pretty in Pink though ;)
