Coop has many classic albums. If your favorite is not listed here, please mark other and post which one is your favorite. My personal favorite is From The Inside. Alice is an underrated lyrcist and is cited as an influence by most 80's bands. He is currently working on a new album (after the excellent Brutal Planet in 200, and Dragontown in 2001) His next CD should be out in early 2003. He will be touring again in October-Dec.

My favorite's the Live album (It's the only Cooper album I've got, so that kind of figures). There's some truly outstanding guitar work on it, especially at the beginning of Devil's Food - spooky stuff. Really terrific recording quality for a live album too.

It's interesting that you mention the live album (Alice Cooper Show). Alice has often said that it is his least favorite album. Alice had a drinking problem back in the 70's and stated he did it only as a contractual obligation. He said that his heart wasn't in it. However, many diehard fans like myself,really like the sound of it. I saw some comments on Alice's albums on another site one time and several other people commented that they like it as well.

I went with Trash. Love that cd. Lot of great songs on it.

I voted for Trash, because that is the only Alice Cooped cd I have. I like Poison the best of all his songs.

I have never really been a big fan of his but I must admit that the song's that I do like, he does a great job on...my fave's are:

I voted 'other' with my favorite album being "Constrictor". "He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask)" is my favorite off of this album. The album "Trash" would come in second.

I voted "Other" my favorite Album was "Constrictor" from 86' I always loved that album, my favorite tracks off of it were "He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask)" and "Teenage Frankenstein "

Although "Billion Dollar Babies" was a close second.

Alice is very popular!! Not mainstream like the BeeGees were:yucky:, but hey, whos still around? Alice is a God to some people:bowdown:, every year his Halloween gig in NYC sells out in record time. And he's gotten almost no air play through out his carrer, now that's awesome!

There's no doubt he's accomplished a lot and has always been around. All credit to him for what he's achieved.

:) Yeah! Cooper is like Ozzy, they are respected for who they are, but they are trashed as musicians. Both Ozzy and Alice are Gods, they have written some of the best songs ever. :bowdown:

I love Alice Cooper! I have so many favorite songs of his, hard to choose a favorite album. Since I like his older and newer songs, my favorite album would be either "Mascara & Monsters-Best of Alice Cooper" or "A Fistful of Alice"-which is a Japanese import recorded live at Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico. Some of my favorite Cooper songs are: "No More Mr Nice Guy"; "Only Women Bleed"; "I Never Cry"; "You And Me"; "Clones (We're All)"; "Poison"; "House of Fire"; "How You Gonna See Me Now"; and "Is Anyone Home".

Speaking of Cooper... he has a new album coming out... part of the Esstential series :)

I went with Killer with welcome to my nightmare and from the inside close behind.I love Alice,the "Years Ago","Steven",and the "Awakening"from Nightmare are absolutly awesome.My favorite Alice songs are "Dead Babies","Be my lover",And "Former lee warmer"
