Hello: I am trying to find any informatin I can about a short film I saw called ATTACK OF THE 50 FOOT SHRUNKEN APPLEHEAD WOMAN. It aired during a television special hosted by Michael J. Fox. Another film that was aired was I wish I was a Brady. Can anyone help me? Thank-you.

Now ya got me thinkin....I know a guy who posts elsewhere (I haven't been able to get him over here) that knows alot about films. He may know about them or how to find out about them. t may take a couple of days to get the info. I'll ask though.

I have been desperately trying to find this on DVD. I have a VERY worn copy of the "Homemade Comedy Special" on VHS. Can anyone help?!! You aren't alone, mikeselby!!

The other short you are speaking of is "Tammy's X-citing Adventure"

The special ran on NBC in the spring of 1983 or 1984 and was rebroadcast over the summer of that year. Angie Dickinson was the other host of the show.

The show also featured chins singing "A-tisket a-tasket", "Mary's Garage", "Killer Shopping Carts" and the memorable "I'm a little fairy of trash" skit in which the fairy emerges from a styro-cup; sings her song; retreats back into the cup ("oh, no! Not again! not again!!!") and a foot falls on the cup, crushing it and the fairy!!! :lol:
