I picked the GOONIES one. I loved Rowdy Roddy Piper. The video was so cool, WAY BACK in the day! I keep finding a reason NOT to buy the DVD release, which has the video on it. I always seem to buy something else. Not the best SONG from a movie but the best, and to me, most entertaining video of the ones you listed.

I voted for Ray Parker Jr. Ghostbusters, I really liked the video, some good cameos from actors. A side not. I went to see Ghostbusters Opening night(Friday), when I got home I turned on Mtv and the first video I saw was "Ghostbusters" I thought that was pretty cool.

I'm gonna go off on my own :D and vote for "Crazy For You" by Madonna, it just isn't a list without the Queen of Pop! :)

I voted for Simple Mind's classic "Don't You Forget About Me". It's a great video even with the clips from the Breakfast Club! :thumb:

I loved that movie!!! LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!! I remember my dance instructor went to see it before I did, and that she was appalled by it, and walked out in the middle of it!!! I knew then I HAD to see it!!!

Take my breath away, because of memory reason again. :) I even played with the thought to get that blond - black hairstyle myself.

Goonies 'R Good Enough was a riot with the 80's wrestlers and all (got that on the DVD :D ), but Dream Warriors stands out for me...loved the Nightmare series no matter how cheesy it got and the video with Krueger was cool, so there it is :cool:

Also take into consideration I don't remember all these videos very well...:lol: Think I need to revisit Launch :p

I loved the movie at the time..then saw it too many times...but I loved "Weird Science" by Oingo Boingo from the movie of the same title. Elfmans crazy eyes simply had me thinking "what is this guy thinking about..hmmmm?!?!?"

After that would of been Ghost Busters, cause I giggled at the cameos!

That was kind of tough, I have to admit I had my Heavy Metal fase so I wanted to go with Dokken. Cool song but I had to go with Take my Breath Away. Im partial to Berlin and most of the movie was made in my hometown. Go Padres!

Had to go with the Breakfast club, it was my favorite movie from the 80's.

Had to go with Dokken, followed closely by Cyndi Lauper. Cyndi was great...I used to know her before she made it big and she played at a local club alot called the Left Bank with her original band Blue Angel.

if i can have a second and third pick i will go with Elm St. 4/ Vinnie Vincent Invasion- LOvE Kill'S, A little movie that didn't do to well at all called Trick Or Treat/ Fastway pic'd up the whole soundtrack for that one. I know Pegan memberz it. It had a small guest appearance by The Demon himself.:gene:

I own the NIGHTMARE DVD box set and that video is on it along with a few other videos.

Breakfast club's "DYFAM" is strongly in the lead. Now, don't get me wrong. Love the film. LOOVVVVEEEE the film. But the video is really weak.

I went with Flashdance. Which was the lesser of evils from the group as I don't remember it becing released as a vid.

My choice for strong Movie related video would _have_ to be "View to a Kill" by DD

I liked all of them! I picked "Ghostbusters" though... I mean... you can't get that song out of your head!! "Who ya gonna call?!"

Damn this is such a hard one! I had to pick Dokken from Nightmare On Elm Street 3 'cause it's my fave elm street movie and probably (besides the lost boys/empire strikes back/indiana jones) my most watched movie of the 80's.. but damn!! Pet Cemetary and Goonies R Good Enough were a sliver for seconds!!

FYC gets my vote. I love everything about Something Wild. The video with lead singer Roland Gift dancing in the movie theatre was classic :thumb:

Ghostbusters b/c I liked how they breakdanced at the end of it! They also had some famous faces in it.
