Anybody remember Touchee Turtle and Dogtanian? He was a sword duelling turtle, kind of like a musketeer of the animal kingdom. His catch phrase was Touchee away!

TCM I have been thinking about this cartoon ever since you've made the posting and it is still very vague.
But I do recall some sort of turtle wearing a big feathered hat and a sash with double deuling swords, I wonder if this could be the cartoon you're referring to? :confused:

As for the cartoon itself, in my opinion 'Touchee Turtle' was utter pants. Probably one of the worst cartoons I can ever remember seeing during my childhood.

I think it is the same one Trixter, everything sounds the same especially the feathery hat.

I agree with you too Chopper it was a bit pants, but it just popped into my head from nowhere and I thought I should bring it up here.

I don't remember seeing it all that much and can't really remember an episode too well to tell you if it sucked or not, but I'll take y'all's word for it! :lol:

just seemed like one of the Hanna Barbera production line cartoons...they made so many cartoons that seem virtually like each other.

I remember Touche Turtle. His sidekick's name wasn't familiar, so I went to Yesterdayland (the same place I had to go to find out who Hardy Har Har was the sidekick too).

Ironically, I had seen this page last year when I found out Hardy Har Har was Lippy the Lion's sidekick.
