I have the entire Hard and Heavy video series ,about 20 or so videos. These videos if no one is familiar are like a video magazine featuring bands from the metal music scene. I also have videos from Anthrax, Judas Priest, <font color=red>RUSH</font>, Hear n' Aid, <font color=yellow>Str</font><font color=black>yper</font>. There are also movies in this collection too. But that is another topic.
We're working on getting all of those. I'm trying to buy the Mindcrime Boxed set off e-bay with the video, but I always get outbid. We have a lot of the 80's videos and still collecting.
Damn! Another thing I don't have! I'm going to post a question in general to do with MTV/VH1 and videos, etc. I wish I could record them all... Oh, yeah.. Would you like to see a seperate section for this too? Just let me know, and it will be there ASAP!

Okay. First. I really need that video collection! hehe And second.. I'm confusing myself now. Should I make a section for Music Television? How should I go about it? I could use some ideas! I'm drowning! hehehe
I would make a section dedicated to video of metal/hard rock/dance..whatever from the eighties..It would be a place to talk about the new music video you saw on television or just bought from the local record shop. It would cover television programs, videos, series..etc..anything to do with the visual aspect of music. This may not make entire sense but I'm typing rather fast as to not get caught by the boss! LOL
Hey, Skyklad.. Can you go alittle more in-depth about the Video section idea when you're not at work? I wanna get a good idea of what you'd like to see and I will create it. Otherwise, that Operation: Mindcrime must be a great video set to own!!
Unfortunately I do not have internet service outside of work. What I was trying to say was to have a section dedicated entirely to the visual aspect of music..not concerts..but the video or television aspect. We could discuss the VH1 Behind The Music episodes or set up trades of videos from our video libraries. Maybe it could be called the Video Vault or something cliche like that...LOL

I picked that name because it was alittle odd. What do you think? If you like The Video Vault I'll make it that. Would you want to moderate it? That would mean deleting old message threads that are completely not being responded to anymore, etc.
I have Skid Row (some tour video with backstage stuff...early stuff), Nelson videos, Bon Jovi videos, Queensr˙che's Operation Mindcrime box set and video and Empire Video collection, Bowie videos, and oh did I mention my dad taped MTV from 1981 to 1985? Hee hee hee. They are not in the best of shape because I have watched them too many times, but hey, they are valuable to me! I think I have some Duran Duran videos and some random Headbanger's ball on tape from my middle school years (Ricki Rachman versions)...pre hair cut! Oh, those were the days!
I've been trying to buy the Mind Crime box set off of ebay, but the price allways go's to high. Just can't afford it. I've got my Daughter hooked on the 80's she's been recording for about 3 years now and has at least a 1000 video's including the specials. She also buys original's from ebay thats why I never have any money ) I'm just glad she likes the good music not this 90's garbage.
Well, you must have a nice collection. I'm afraid I'd never go out again if I had something like that.. Imagine.. They should come out with 80's Virtual Reality! hehe Sound dangerous?!
