Who would you pick as the most annoying cartoon character you've ever watched?

The most annoying cartoon characters are the ones from South Park. In my opinion, that is one of the worst shows on television. :yucky:

To me, she is the most irritating cartoon character out there. She has this holier-than-thou attitude towards everything and is a complete Know-it-all. She has very little respect for most of her elders and tries to push her beliefs and opinions on to others. I would actually hate to have a child like her. I think it would be easier to knock Bart into shape than to deal with a self-righteous brat like Lisa!

Traditionally the cartoon characters that always annoyed me the most were the kid "sidekicks" in all of the action-oriented cartoons. Some examples would be Wendy and Marvin from the old Superfriends cartoon, Bobby from Dungeons & Dragons, and the "Thunderkittens" from the Thundercats. These "sidekicks" did nothing but get under foot, and always needed the heroes to bail their asses out of a bind.

For the life of me, I will never understand why networks insist on having these worthless characters in the shows. I supose their logic is that kids will identify with the show's youngsters. However, I distinctly remember always despising these type of characters even as a child - even my friends felt the same way!

Scrappy Doo, Orko, Scooter the Go-Bot (stupid voice), Ren & Stimpy, almost all of the ninja turtle characters, Woody Woodpecker....

and Looney Tunes characters that never took a turn at getting blown up. That's right, I did NOT like the Looney Tunes as a kid. To me, the "bad guys" never did anything evil enough to deserve their cruel treatment. Yes, I was a weird kid to have thought of such things, but when raised on '80s cartoons, anything short of trying to take over the world didn't seem very evil.

Also, Simon from Alvin and the Chipmunks was highly annoying. In fact, he was just like Brainy Smurf, an egotistical know-it-all, which I can't stand!!! :lol: Oh, Alvin and Theodore could be annoying too!!!

Beavis and Butthead. I guess MTV moved them into their front office after dropping the show. The two characters pretty much resembles the typical MTV viewer of today.

Seriously, I actually liked the spin-off series "Daria" more than "Beavis & Butthead", I found it funnier and more entertaining. :)

3) daffy duck he just needed to chill out and go with flow more .. duck season, wabbit season duck , season, wabbit season was still a great thing man

4) brainy smurf ( ooh man i'm gonna leave this one go before it gets ugly ) LOL man i think he's my all time one i dislike the most . so if i had to pick one i retract all previous characters and will say BRAINY SMURF DDOOOHHHOOOOO sorry i'm ok now

Never cared for Simpsons or South Park SOME funny stuff but ALOT of dumb stuff! I find it difficult to sit through a whole episode of either! :no:

BooBoo Bear and Snaglepuss were both voted "Most likely to be Gay"! Along with Bert & Ernie from "Sesame Street" & He-Man!:lol: ("Not that there's anything wrong with that.")

But I completely agree with the person who said Freddie!! THAT'S someone I'd LOVE to kill! I'm so glad in the brand new 'What's New, Scooby Doo', they gave him something he was sorely lacking...a PERSIONALITY!!! :clap:
But as far as SUPER annoying characters, speaking as a blonde I can only think of Meolody from 'Josie'. I bet she was the inspiration of Paris Hilton, Brittney Spears, Jessica Simpson, and Pam Anderson. :dammit:

You call yourself a Transformers fan. When was Starscream ever right. Even in the movie he was dead wrong about all he said. He was too headstrong and egotistical. That's why he died. Even if we went into the comics He was never right there too. He died from too much power when his ego wouldn't let him listen to reason. The reason Megetron was the same reason Skelator and Cobra didn't win. It was from lack of good soldiers and one other thing it was in the script that the bad guys lost. If you can't see that then you should not call yourself a fan.

My vote for most annoying cartoon character has to be King Gorneesh's wife from the Ewoks cartoon. Her voice was soooooooo shrill as to make Roseanne sound demure. Just listening to her speak gave me an instant headache.

Scooby Doo: every episode was the same- drive along in the Mystery Machine until one of the characters notices something strange, they go to investigate, run away from the "monsters" (I never understood why they did this, since they always unmasked someone in the end who was behind the whole thing), solve the mystery, scooby eats a scooby snack, Velma says "jinkies", I roll my eyes at another 30 minutes wasted, the end.

King of the Hill: Should be called King of the Hicks. I thought my life was so empty without a show that woud take me behind the scenes of the life of a propane salesman in Texas, so thank goodness Mike Judge created it! Beavis and Butthead got more chuckles out of me than this festering load of crap, and B and B was so stupid sometimes it was funny, whereas all other times it was just plain stupid.

Care Bears: my parents knew better than to buy me a Care Bear, because I was always rooting for the Apathy Armadillos, the Care Bear's sworn enemies.

Those are the three that make me cringe the most. Spongebob and Captain Planet made honorable mention.
