There is a real interesting site someone at work told me about. It is called www.realage.com You take this survey that is about 10 to 30 minutes long (depending on the individual's answers). After the survey, it will let you know what your body's age is as far as physically. For instance, I am 30.4 years old at the moment, but it says my real age is that of someone who is 34.7. Only take this test if you have some time because it does take awhile:

Yeah, I don't know. It told me how young I could be (28.59) after I checked off a bunch of things to make me younger that I pretty much already do, but it didn't fit into their questions very well. Do I take a multivitamin every day? Well, quite often, but not always, stuff like that. It wants me to exercise more - cripes, my weightlifting routine would leave your average high school football player crying in his mommie's arms :lol:

I'm actually 32.8 years old. Real age 33.3 years old. I'm currently pregnant, which was not a question that was asked, so I'm not sure if that is a factor or not.

My actual age is 40.4 my real age is 35.5. I'm happy with this. I would be close to 31 but my diet killed me. I exercise quite a bit have great blood pressure and cholestorol(even with the poor diet-lucky I guess). The one section I think I messed up was drinking I said 2 per day when it is actually 6-8 drinks twice a week. It actually reduced my age for 2 per day.

My actual age is 31.8 but they compare me to a 29.1 year old. Sounds ok to me.:)

My real age is 15.9, I guess, but I had to lie for the test and put 20.9. Well, my real age was 14.4. Surprising to me, since I'm pretty out of shape (I guess). Cool test, it was really interesting. :D :thumb:

ILUVTHE80S.....thank you for sharing this page with us. I took the test. My actual age right now is 39.5 but my REAL AGE is 41.0 not too bad.

I'm 34.0 years old, but they say my "real age" is 28.6. I like that! :) (Even 'tho the test is skewed because I've done more exercise in the past month due to vacation activities than I normally do in reality. I'll have to take it again later.)
