Hey gang-

Been thinking about my favorite 100 movies from the best decade of the 20th century. I have a weird taste in films so some of them you probably won't reconize, but most of them you will. Whew! That took a while to think up & type! Boy, I'm tired! Gimme some feedback on my list. What do ya think? Remember any of the obscure ones? In my spare time I write screenplays, so movies are kinda my thing. Love to talk about them! Gimme a shout fellow 80's dudes!

You have all my favorite movies in this list! Especially my all time favorite Blade Runner! I also loved Spacehunter: Adventures Into The Forbidden Zone. Molly Rinwald was in that, and it was so good, even though most people don't even remember it.

Hey guys-

This was a list of MY 100 FAVORITE movies of the 80's. Top Gun was okay but it's on TBS every week and I'm sick to death of it, that's why I excluded it. Shakey- yeah I totally spaced Night Of The Comet. That's a great movie! And there are tons more I could of listed but I wanted to stop at 100. Some other ones I didn't include that I really liked were...

Sharkey's Machine
An American Werewolf In London
Pink Floyd The Wall
Raise The Titanic
Death Hunt
The Last Starfighter
Phantasm
Cocoon
The Fly
Trancers
Revenge Of The Nerds
Hellraiser
A Christmas Story (althought TNT is ruining it)
Extreme Prejudice
E.T.
Krull
F/X
2010

and yes I still have a special place in my heart for the 3-D fade that swept Hollywood in the early 80's with such classics as...

Jaws 3-D
Treasure Of The Four Crowns
Metalstorm: The Destruction Of Jared Syn

Topcat-

Just a few of the better ones, alot of the forgotten. I doubt you'll find alot of them at Blockbuster anymore. A couple of weeks ago I tried to find Valley Girl & Eddie & The Cruisers & they didn't have them to rent anymore.
