This little lady, Irene Cara, put out some great songs on soundtracks during the 80's, three really popular titles were played endlessly on MTV and radio, which would you choose to be the best?

I voted for "Flashdance (What a Feeling!)", but my personal fave from Irene Cara was "Breakdancing"!!!! :)

You forgot a single by her, Trix. Remember the song "Why Me?". That is the one I would have voted for if it was on the list. Since it wasn't I voted for "What A Feeling".

Fantastic song, but like 80sTriv, my personal favourite was "Breakdancing".

Only one I remember off-hand is 'Flashdance', so that's what I chose (go figure :lol::p)

It was a toss-up between "Fame" and "Flashdace (what a feeling)" but I always liked the song "Fame" a little more so that's the one I voted for.

My choice was not on there so I went with "Fame"

This was easy, "FAME" gets my vote, I love "Flashdance...What A Feeling", but "Fame" is an inspirational film, especially when I was chasing my dreams of becoming an actor! :thumb:

I only know 2 songs by Irene Cara; Fame & Flashdance...The latter one got my vote :)

I went with Flashdance(What a Feeling). I love the song and movie. You can't beat those leggings and off-the-shoulder sweatshirts. I also remember singing this song in my 8th grade choir concert.

Another great song she sang was from the movie Fame. I don't know the title.
