While I was on vacation, my Dolphins managed to steal away Ricky Williams from the Saints!!! :thumb: For a lousy first round draft pick (which they never get a high one anyway, this year it's the 25th pick) and a third rounder next year that will become a 2nd rounder if Ricky gets 1,200 yards and a 1st rounder if he gets 1,500 yards, they get a thoroughbred horse in the backfield for the first time since Larry Czonka and Mercury Morris!!!
Man...I can't wait for the season!!! Williams in the backfield and Norv Turner as OC....this could be big!!!

Incidentally one of my favourite quarterbacks of all time has got to be Elway. I still remember THE DRIVE against Cleveland in 86 or 87. One of the greatest sporting moments on TV for me. The guy was just pure class.
Broncos are a good team and games between them and the Raiders are always exciting!

The Dolphins have to play them this year....we need revenge. The shutout in the playoffs two years ago still stings! The 18-16 win by the Phins last year wasn't enough. We need to POUND them!!!

Don 't worry guys I already got onto Trixter for being a Broncos fan. I can't really press him too hard since my own son is a Broncos fan due to his uncle(who is originally from Colorado)
Pagan, being a Longhorn fan I have followed Ricky for a while. The Dolphins are going to be good with him in the back field. I know from the times in Texas he gives his all. The first year got off to a rough start in the NFL but I believe he is on the right track now. Hey, to have 3 consecutive years with 1000+ yards rushing not including the times he catches the ball is great.(it is 3 isn't it?) Well, Good Luck Dolphins!
