I've had latin music on the brain today, so I thought I'd post this poll. I know it's not exactly the right place, but the crossovers are usually top 40 hits, so maybe it works.

Which is your favorite latin crossover artist?

Gotta be Gloria. I just love her voice and I don't think she's ever come up with a song I didn't like.

The only person on that list that I like a few songs by is Ricky Martin so I voted for Ricky Martin.My brother likes Enrique Inglasis and I just don't see it I think his new song is horribale.

Gloria Estefan gets my vote.

I voted for Shakira. I've loved all of her Spanish language material from Donde Estan Los Ladrones and Pies Descalzos. She was often called the Latin-American Alanis Morrisette. I think her voice is very unique and lilting and I like her style!!! :cool:

I voted for Selena. I think she had a beautiful voice and great songs. It's a shame her life was taken so early. :(

Gloria gets my vote! I love everything she sings..she's awesome!

I voted for shakira. Great voice and I like the way she shakes, wiggles and moves. Two thumbs up for her.:thumb: :naughty: Also, Ricky Martin was a close second, A great musican in my humble opinion.:cool:

Two years ago, I'd had voted for Gloria, but actually I've voted for Shakira. I was a fan of Gloria Stefan since she was in Miami Sound Machine, but I think her latest songs are going down... meanwhile Shakira is growing up :D

I guess I have to admit it. I actually voted for Enrique. Bailamos and Be With You were both brilliant songs. The Thunderpuss 2000 Remixes of Be With You were among my favorite dance songs of 2000.

It was very close for me here between Gloria Estefan and Selena, but I Voted For "Selena" I Loved her Crossover Album, my Favorite Track would be "Dreaming Of You" but I Love her Spanish Music better, "No Debes Jugar" is a Favorite of mine :)
