i've always felt that "i want to know what love is" was sorta a remake of "waiting for a girl like you" (which i like better)

Back in the day, I loved "Urgent." It's hard to pick now, because they had so many great songs!

I love Foreigner! I voted for "Say You Will", but "Urgent is close behind.

Foreigner Four album was incredible! It had 3 of the songs on your list "Urgent","Waiting For A Girl Like You" and "Jukebox Hero"
other songs that were great but received little or no airplay on the radio were "Night Life and "Girl On the Moon" But I voted OTHER
for a song that received some airplay from this album at least in my area "BREAK IT UP" Love that song! Get's me fired up!

I voted for "Waiting for a Girl Like You" and I ALWAYS remember the scene in "Footloose" when they sneak over the state line to go to that bar just to dance. I've always loved that song every since I heard in on that movie. I just bought a new copy of the soundtrack just because the new version has a bunch of songs they left off the original soundtrack including "Waiting for a girl".

Speaking of Foreigner, I was watching "Grounded for Life" last night (it's a show on FOX, for those of you that haven't heard of it) and it showed the parents chaparoning their teen daughter's school dance and just singing "I want to know what love is"..it was sooo funny, I couldn't stop laughing.

I always thought "I Want To Know What Love Is" was soooooo overplayed..not one of my fav Foreigner tracks (sorry LOL)...I voted for "That Was Yesterday"...a brilliant track.

My favorite is Cold as Ice. It was a hit twice. In 1977 and in 1984. The second time was because it was used in a Heineken Commercial.

until '4' came out, the best songs on the radio were: long long way from home; head games; women; dirty white boy.

i read somewhere that foreigner is as popular as zep and the stones in rochester/syracuse. can anyone comment on that one?
