Hey Y'all,

Remember Johnny Quest, Bandit, Race Bannon, Dr. Quest and Hadji? I used to watch this show every morning before school! Now the Cartoon Network has a newer, re-vamped version of the show, anyone seen it? I don't care for it one bit! Give me the original "Johnny Quest" anyday!! :thumb: Whaddaya all think? Which did you like better? Did you like Johnny Quest?

I do not like the new Jonny Quest... and yes, I've watched several episodes. Give me the old funky one any day. ;) The theme song is one of my absolute favorites, it always used to kind of scare me. Hoyt Curtin rocked.

I haven't seen the updated version of Jonny Quest. I'm sure I won't like it, as I never seem to like these updated versions of my favorite classics... :p

Awwww....:cry: I like it. I liked the old one, too, but I just like the better graphics and quality on the newer cartoons. I like the new Batman better than the SuperFriends cartoons, too. (Not Batman Beyond, that's just stupid.)

There's something likeable about both really. Classic Quest DID have that kick ass theme song. New Quest has the modern, updated look, virtual reality, and Jesse! So if they were to do a Johnny Quest with the best of both worlds.... :)

The only (remade) old cartoon series that was/is truly successfull is Transformers. Other failed attempts: He-Man, Gigantor, Speed Racer... wish I could think of more right now.

I don't know when you last saw the old Johnny Quest. For me it has been over 25 years easy. I love that show and always will. When I found this page my heart skipped a few beats. Talk about a mind trip!!

My favourite episode was the one with the energy monster they dumped paint on so that they could see it.
