I just watched "Mazes & Monsters" this afternoon. I hadn't seen that movie in awhile! I remember liking the film back in the day, but upon viewing it today, it seemed hokey!
I should have just remained with my prior memeories of the film. Oh well tastes eventually change.

I was surprised to see Chris Makepeace, I forgot he was in the movie. Geez, what ever happened to him? All I can recall him doing, besides this film is, "Meatballs" and "My Bodyguard". Is there anything else?

I remember the movie Mazes & Monsters. You're right, Trix, it was kinda cheezy. Didn't a young Tom Hanks have a small role in that film? I think I liked the novel by Rona Jaffe better than the movie. As for Chris Makepeace, I haven't seen or heard a thing from him since "My Bodyguard". :)

Haven't seen it in about ten years; I guess I would see it again. While hokey fun NOW to watch Tom Hanks in an early role I imagine he'd rather forget, this film at the time only further muddied the waters between fact and hysterical fiction over the supposed "dangers" and "evils" of playing Dungeons & Dragons. :mad: :mad: :mad:

You're right about that Cartoon_Chris, I remember the hysteria and comments like, "You'll lose your children to it!", gimme a break! :rolleyes:
I guess Tom Hanks would want to forget this film as well as the role he had in the horror / slasher flick "He Knows You're Alone", remember that? Now that was BAD!!

I think he had a role in 'Falcon and the Snowman', but I don't recall it the movie very well to say for certain.

You're right LMT!! Chris Makepeace did have a small role in "Falcon and the Snowman". I had only seen the movie a couple of times. Good memory LMT!!! :thumb:

believe it or not, I have this movie. I bought it for a real cheap price, but I havent watched it in years.:o
