i just read reports from the NYC Toy Fair that just happened over the week and their will be lots of 80s toys and cartoons back in stores He-man and MOTU have a new toyline and cartoon, Transformers have new toylines, a videogame and new cartoon series, carebears and strawberry shortcake have new toy lines, robotech new toyline, Mr T and Knight Rider will have new toys as well. for music vitaltoys will be producing 80s versions of action figures on Devo, Madonna and Duran Duran, and mcfarlane toys is producing Iron Maiden and Ozzy Osbourne Figures. something for everyone indeed! here are pics http://www.actionfigurexpress.com/actionfigurexpress/masofun2.html

Whoa! Pretty pricey, but very cool! If they put Masters of the Universe back on the air, I'll flip out...:lol: Or at least release the episodes on DVD dammit! :hammer::p
Hope this re-releasing is a successful venture anyway :cool:

I agree with ya Roem! As an avid watcher of "He-Man & The Masters of the Universe" I would like to see the series released on DVD! The memories alone are priceless! :thumb:
As for the resurgence of 80's themed toys, I have been noticing this in local stores. I have seen shelves stocked with Scooby-Doo items, Transformers, and Power Rangers, to name a few. Not to mention the Star Wars line-up still in production!!! :) I think it's great and hope it generates an interest for a whole new generation!! :)

Dude, I would be running to a freakin store if/when those come out on DVD...I've been waiting for ages to relive that part of my childhood again...:D
