Where were y'all when the last episode of "M*A*S*H" aired?

I was living in Japan and had to have my relatives in Colorado record it for me and send it to me. I ended up watching it about 3 weeks later. A great and bittersweet ending to one of the best show's of all time!! :thumb:

I was in the 6th grade, and although I never watched "MASH" I did watch the finale.

MASH was my grandmother's favorite television show. She was very ill with cancer and my sister and I were staying at her house. We watched the last episode together and I remember my Gram crying. It was a warm memory and moment that I was able to share with her. She died a few months later.

I always loved M*A*S*H,I watched the last episode in my old house in Maple Hts(yea, like anyone knows where that is)FX still plays old episodes all the time and I still watch them religeously.

I may be wrong but isn't the last episode still the most watched T.V show ever to air?

Yep, you're right. It's still the highest-rated show ever.

My whole family gathered together for that last show. My dad was in the Korean War and really liked M*A*S*H. I haven't seen it for years, but just happened to watch an episode this afternoon.

I was acting like a baby...Literally! Remember, I was only born in 1982.

"M*A*S*H" the series was sometimes funny, but often it was just too serious. The show was a sit without the com.

Sincerely,

I was babysitting that night. It was the first time I had babysat for this particular family and the little girl got sick and threw up. I was only 13, so I called my mom because I wasn't quite sure how to deal w/ a sick child. We were able to get her safely into bed, my mom left, and I watched M*A*S*H before the parents got home. Definitely an unforgettable night.

Was this in '83? I guess I was about 7 years old. I know I didn't watch the final episode of M*A*S*H, I never really liked that show. M*A*S*H is for me another TV series like The Partridge Family, I know a lot of people like it, but I could never get into these shows myself.

At that time I was probably watching Knight Rider, Dukes of Hazzard or A-Team. Or Punky Brewster, wait was Punky on yet in '83? All I know is that I was watching whatever was on the other networks not showing the M*A*S*H final episode.
