I have seen that sign flash on top of the screan now for a few weeks. I want to order the book, but I am reluctant.
Has anyone bought this book? If so is it working for you?

I would like to find a diet that can work for me.

Hey Milani.. that's Sal's book that you see at the top of the screen.. He lost a ton of weight doing that diet.. I may try it myself... I keep saying that I am going to do it.. but I think, in my case, that exercise will be my key way to lose..

If in a few months I am not seeing my results, I am going to try Sal's book..

How much do you excercise?
I am going to join today. It cost so darn much to join a gym, but i have to loose the extra 5 pounds i gained over the holidays.
I simply adore carbohydrates and i know that is my problem. I am always on the run so i eat alot of sandwhiches.

I will pm Sal and find out what he thinks.

Thanks
Let us know your progress.

Bottom line is...you need carbs. Simple as that. Carbs = energy. Removing carbs can be damaging in the long run to your liver and kidneys.

Moderation is the key. One day people will realize that.

So eating a whole loaf of bread is out of the question?

I agree with ya Pagan about carbs. I lost 30 lbs and I just cut back on some carbs, but moderation is the key and exercise, you have to excercise in some form, even if it's just walking like I did. Your energy will increase and you can do something more progressive in your exercise routine.

My girlfriend has lost 2 stone in weight since she started this diet.

It's been the only diet that's worked for her so far, and she's really pleased with the results.
