We finally heard back from Now & Then Records in England. The guy apologized for not getting back to us, as his wife gave birth over the holidays!

Anyway, he's sending over a contract that we have to have our lawyer take a look at. He's suggesting recording three or four new songs, remixing "Darkest Hour" and issuing the repackaged version.

Once again, keep your fingers crossed....let's hope the contract is a good one, and that we'll be able to financially support our families enough to tour.

At long last...a ray of hope! :D Man...3 or 4 more songs added to Darkest Hour would be incredibly awesome :cool: You know I'm always pulling for the band's success! :) And if our lil project goes over well, maybe even be a part of that success eventually! :D

Many days and nights? How about over 20 years, Sarge bud! However, my hopes are not too high. It's a fickle business and I've been let down many times before, so I take it as it comes until something tangible is in my hands.

The new songs we're already writing are leagues ahead of anything that's already on "Darkest Hour". The new stuff is a little but darker (no pun intended) and a little more musically inclined. It actually worries me a little about mixing them in with what's on the CD already. Hopefully the new stuff isn't so far removed from what's there already that the CD won't flow smoothly.

We know everyone's pulling for us, that's why we'll try to get a bunch of your names in the thank you columns!

Hmmmm....now let me go dream up the ways that Taz will owe me & my singer, should this pan out, for bringing him into the fold! :devil: :banger:

If the club allows us to videotape, I'll post how to get it after the show. As for the CD, go to amazon.com and do a search for LIVESAY. The CD's called "Darkest Hour".
