Even though they weren't an 80's band, here's some tragic news for EMF fans. Their bass player Zac Foley passed away on January 3rd. He was 31 years old. R.I.P. Zac :(
EMF gained a lot of success in the early 90's with their Rock/Electronic sound and their monster hit "Unbelievable". They released a Greatest Hits in 2001.

Sad news, indeed. To die so very young. Is there any news on a cause of death?

I hate it when we lose people so young like that. I never got that into the band, but I liked what I did hear. R.I.P. Zac :(
I don't believe it, EMF originated less than 20 miles away from where I live!!! :( :(
Zac was well know to us all in the local press, and lived in the Forest of Dean in my home county of Gloucestershire....
They put the Forest on the map back in 1990, and spawned a whole army of fans, not to mention the jokes (EMF=Empty Minded Forresters)
Really bad news, RIP Zac.....there goes another piece of musical history.
