I started with this album to review because it is one of my all-time favorite 80's albums. It was the first solo album for ex-Duran Duran guitarist Andy Taylor (who had left the group in 1986). On this album he writes, produces, and plays along with ex-Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones. This 1987 MCA release, in my opinion, was very underrated. It is a great hard rock/pop rock album.
Two singles were spawned from this album "Don't Let Me Die Young" and "I Might Lie". They both got some MTV airplay. Both have catchy guitar riffs.
The album contains 9 tracks with one, "French Guitar" being a instrumental. The album has an equal balance of rocking songs and slower tempos. Definately an album to check out!
Tracks:
1. I Might Lie
2. Don't Let Me Die Young
3. Life Goes On
4. Thunder
5. Night Train
6. Tremblin'
7. Bringin' Me Down
8. Broken Window
9. French Guitar
