Okay all. I just updated the color scheme here. It's a lighter brighter now and I hope you all like it. I will be adding new images shortly. This would have been better done early in the Spring - but I just didn't have the time. I think this will give our community a brighter, happier look and feel as opposed to the darker colors. Let me know what you think... It COULD take a little getting used to...

I know I will be the only one that feels this way, but I always loved the black. I think it gave the xchange a classy look!

I LIKE IT!.....at least for now!

It IS brighter, and looks more inviting. Now the question is, how will the eyes feel after being here for a few hours. The dark backgrounds were easy on the eyes even after a long period of time, with the bright backgrounds... we'll have to see.

Hehehe, Pagan. That was great. Well, I'm glad most of your are liking it. hehe If it does turn out to be bad on the eyes, let me know. I will think of another color scheme...

Yeah, this is kinda bright...I actually turned my brightness control down a little...lol. My only major suggestion should you keep this color scheme is to make the links stand out more...MUCH more. Kinda hard to tell where they are unless you mouse around all over waiting to hit the mouseover.

Other than that, it's ok. Did love that black though

Yup...that's a bit better. Just looked the same color as regular text before...now I can differentiate the two anyway

I think I'll like it though.. I really liked the black, but let's give it time.. we'll see!

You´re, not happen to drive a newer VW, do you?

Let´s see how my eyes will get along with the revised looks, the blue background is for sure better than a white one.

Like Roem said, the links should be more visible, especially newbies might find it difficult to navigate.

Okay... 4 out of 5 ...j/k

Well, it is brite! http://www.plauder-smilies.de/eek7.gif But I think it will grow on us, besides it does have a more inviting look to it.

Hehe! I knew you would say that, Roem. Oh, and good point about the newbies. We definitely want them to see the links. Maybe I will try something even more noticable when I get home.. I hadn't thought of that...

It will take me awhile to get use to it. I liked it black, but I am sure I will get use to the bright colors. http://www.plauder-smilies.de/cool2.gif

I like this Sal. These colors are real 80s-like ! suggestion tho'. How about making the links a nice screaming Miami Vice pink ?

Ooooo! Purty blue!

I like the new scheme, but I liked the black too. The color change between messages makes the page much easier to read.

I'll reserve final judgment until I've been using it a while. *g*

Hey. I just found out that in vBulletin, you can choose what version of colors you'd like to see. If you wanted, you could have the black version (previous). OR, you could have this one. OR - several other variations. And not only does this pertain to colors, but to the entire format. vBulletin is looking better and better every day. Isn't it?
