Hey all. I just thought I'd bring to your attention a few things that will be coming soon.

First of all, my favorite (and my own suggestion) is to bring the "Add New Topic" and "Add New Reply" button closer to the text box. It's going to be right below this white space. So no more scrolling down to China to post your message.

Next, our Memberlist is coming back! What's so great about that?! Well, you'll be able to find a user easier if you want to send a private message (instead of searching in the forums for a message they posted) and I'll be able to update the front page easily with the top 10 contributors! <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Next, there will be InterCommunity Polls! That's a new one! You'll be able to post messages with Polls in 'em!! How's that for freaking awesome?!

And.. My favorite.. An InterCommunity - finally - Calendar! Yes, all our birthdays and special events will be right here for you to see. No going anywhere else for this stuff.

I hope you're as excited about these great new features as I am.. This isn't all, either. There will be MORE!

Oh, don't let me forget the most convenient one... No more logging in BEFORE you post! Now, your first reply or thread start will ask you for your username and password (if it isn't already stored)...

Hey that's great Sal. It's sounds like the new features are going to be awesome. I just wish I could get in on the chats, but I guess I'll have to wait until I get my computer.

I never have to log on the site as it is now as long as I post after like 11:30pm eastern time.

And people wonder why this is the official message board for the 80's Nuts newsletter?!! We all know it's because Sal cares and wants this to be the best medium for all of the people that feel a kinship towards the 80's. Keep up the great work!

When I do find something I'd like to add here, I have a hard time finding the time as well - but I just do it. When I get my PC to my new home, I'll be able to pop in as much as I used to. Then maybe I can pass up Roem in the post department! Darnit! <img src="tongue.gif" border="0"> You surely know that I'm dedicated to this community. It is by far the greatest community of 80s people in any one place on the planet. I can and will keep it that way. When one of my businesses take off, a lot of the money will be going to 80sxchange.com
