What happened to Copenhagen last night? I had my fingers crossed for them. Good try though.

I tell you what happened to FCK last night, Bogie. They played on the level that they were expected to play at. They were extemely lucky to win the first game. My family in Denmark sent me that on video. Denmark will again have to put their faith in Brondby to do well in Europe. :)

Yup too bad they missed Champions league, but they still have a shot at the UEFA-cup. I expected that loss tho', only I predicted a 3-0 loss. Italian teams on their own soil are extremely hard to beat.

I think Flix is right 'bout Brondby, it's the only danish team with international experience, they've been playing in Europe every year since '88. Hopefully both them and FCK can do well in Europe this season, Denmark really need some points after the last 3-4 yrs.

I do believe however, that FCK can do quite well in a couple of years, they just need some experience. That said I think it's doubtfull that any danish team will ever take a european trophy, danish premierleague standars are simply too low. :)

Bogie can't help it. I'll cheer for the underdog everytime. Unless of course the underdog is playing against Liverpool. :D

I'll be watching for improvements. :)

I know what u mean, I'm that way too. I think it's a sideeffect from playing CM, it's more fun to take Scunthorpe Utd. all the way to the top, than to start with a big contender :)

Five titles. Unbelieveable. Good game on Friday too. I can't believe that they didn't finish them off with like a 6-0. They had the chances. Thankfully Bayern didn't have one of their famous comebacks.

I see Arsenal's qualified for the 2nd stage Flix. Have to leave early today and catch Liverpool's last game. They've been effective but completely uninspiring so far. Maybe with Owen back they can tear a strip off a few clubs now.

I hope Liverpool does well today. I am definitely watching the game this afternoon.

Arsenal is ready for the next round. They qualified like the Germans do in the first round of any World Cup: Uninspiring and boring footy but with decent results. Hopefully they can follow the German trend and deliver good and entertaining football for the rest of the tourney. :)

Iran is currently up 1-0 over UAE. Looks like Ireland will be making a trip to Tehran next month. That will be okay. I just hope the team makes it back in one piece.
