Seeing Kevin Spacey's face on yet another amazing looking movie I thought back to pay if forward. What a wonderful idea.

We all do things everyday to help someone out without even realizing it.

What did you do to be a superhero today?

What are you going to do tommorrow?

I put a quarter in this little old ladys mirror today. She was struggling with her change purse and I some lose change.

It also makes me really sad when people ignore homeless people. If someone asks me for a dollar I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it is for a hot cup of coffee or something to eat.

Very good idea Zel. Especially in these times. I was home sick today. I guess my good deed today was not passing it on to the people I work with. lol We'll see what happens tomorrow. I work retail and I always try my best to make sure the customers leave with a smile. The least I can do is try to make their day a little better while they're buying their grocercies. :)

I did 2 nice things today!
1)I closed my home loan today (YEAH!!!) and I filled out a form telling the bank manager how great the loan officer and his secretary were to work with.
2) I went shopping at cost-co and decided to ignore my cart-rage! I tried to smile at the idiots that block the aisles while testing samples of food and politely ask them to move instead of ramming them with my cart.
Oops! Maybe this should have been posted under pet peeves!

Yet another day has gone by without me shooting Ted, so I guess that's my nice thing! ;)

Actually, I'm usually nice to everyone. It depends upon the "asshole meter" of the specific person. :D

Daily practices:

Hold doors open at the office

Hold the elevator for others

Chat with the folks in the coffe shop (they're people too, not slaves)

NEVER take a seat on the subway (only on it for 10 minutes so that probably doesn't count for much LOL)

Generally, try to be considerate. Keep my eyes open to what others are doing around me.

In the immortal words of Bill and Ted, "Be excellent to each other". Makes my days go by easily. :)

In general.......I'm usually nice to everyone. UNLESS they are being really, really, really rude! (I don't like confrontation of any sort). :(

I guess I just did something nice... I put a rush on a project for a local museum... they had a board meeting at 11:00, and called me for a pretty substantial data request at 10:00. Ordinarily, I would tell people that an hour turnaround time is not really possible, but today I just swallowed my annoyance and did a nice job on it. They got it at 10:45. I hope it helps them get more funding. :)

You told me you don't own a gun! LOL So you can't shoot me! :p And TC it's not a charity if I have to pay you!

I'm sick so, I haven't done a good deed today. :) But, I give alot of my old stuff to different charities and such, exspecially during Christmas time. :)

I gave my seat on the bus today to a pregnant woman and her child. All these men and women sitting there some sitting on the outside of the double seats so their bags can rest there and they ignore a person getting on and the bus is full. I was also nice because I didn't tear a strip of the businessman right across from me on the double seat for being a self-centred prick :)

i guess that should go in my pet peeves too.

I haven't done much today because I have been home all day. I am usually good about holding doors open for people in public.
