Finally got my baby back!! (My car) Had a blow-out on the highway & had to get another tire. She was garaged while waiting for it to come in :( but she's baaaack!!! :bouncy:

THEN ... stupid cat knocked my $$$$$ camera off the table. :( Body fared OK, but the lens is F***** up :bigcry: doesn't work at ALL in auto mode. Gonna' have to see what the options are ... currently taking donations for a new lens!!! :lol:

Been really busy lately & have missed you guys but I'll try to be around a little more.

My camera just quit working. :confused: It comes on but all i see is that little hourglass. Tried resetting it..still nada. I take donations too :D :lol:

Some cameras will stop working if you even breathe on them, other cameras are as tough as nails - when I hitched a ride to Ningaloo Reef with my parents one holidays, My Mum was taking some close up pictures of some octopus in the rock pools with my Cybershot camera - one darted forward suddenly and shot a jet of water at her (their defense attack) - she panicked and dropped, yeah DROPPED the camera into the water! completely submerged!!!

When we fished it out, it wasn't working at all, but after opening the battery compartment and SD slot and leaving it in the sun for a while - it was as good as new!! I still use it today!! it's a little trooper!
