Well, look at the the way Myst has been posting lately.

I was right with her Friday night....first we started it....then I think Amy came in, then Shakey, then Iluv80s, then I think Jazzmyn was there.....before ya knew it, this place exploded!! <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

And worse yet, all these people have cable modems and here I am trying to keep up with my putter of a 56k...lol

I don't have a cable modem. Just your standard 56K.

By the time I get on after work and catch up on what's on the forums, I end up two or three pages behind.

Plus my two fingers only type so fast.

Oh yeah....and I'm on Webtv.

I type at around 100wpm now...that's the only way I was able to stick with the cable modemers at the Friday posting blowout <img src="eek.gif" border="0"><img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Before I got this new computer it had been awhile since I had typed. Since being in here my typing speed is definately improved! I don't know how many words a minute i'm up to though.

The more you type, the better you get...that's for sure <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> Being in this community for well over a year has definitely improved my speed a bit <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I think I'm going to need a FULL SIZE keyboard to get better at it.

No, Webtv only has these midgit keyboards.

I tried to answer your last post a few minutes ago but my system froze up, and I had to log on all over again.

Yeah, that's how I'm gonna be when I get a new one most likely next year <img src="tongue.gif" border="0"> The one I got was fine in the beginning, but now that I'm in web and graphic design, it just isn't cutting the mustard and I'm too lazy to upgrade it piece by piece by hand <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

I'll end up just using this one as a gaming computer or something when I get the new one <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I got one for my daughter, but something always comes up when I want to get mine.
I should have mine before the end of this year. I'm lookng to spend some good bucks on it.

That sounded like me. I finally paid my car off and was able to get me a nice one. Now i'm stuck with computer payments.

It can seem like we're all in the same timezone when we can all post within minutes of each other.

I look at the time that is on our posts some time and think that is wrong. I forget that is Eastern Time and I am on Central Time.
