Kinda off base, but What would you call one?

Ive been in one for a few weeks now and we cant think of a name that isnt already taken..

Tried: Better off Dead and the McFlys.

That's a good name! It all depends on th etype of 80's music you're playing. I was in an 80's Metal tribute for awhile a few years ago. We originally called ourselves the Lost Boys, but after three or four gigs, alot of hip-hop kids were showing up to our shows and getting pissed. That's when we found out there already was a rap band with that name. So....to avoid a drive-by, we changed our name to Strange Behavior. Had nothing to do with the 80's, but it sounded cool. Our slogan was "From Glam to Slam". We'd go from Poison to Slayer in the same set. Really wild!

What type of music are you doing? If it's metal, I have a few unused names I could give you.

Peace,
Pagan

It's a huge ass mix of everything from metal, to pop, to new wave...just about anything you can think of...

I thought of Gordon Shumway last nite...in honor of ALF and all...

Excellent! As for the ALF reference, how many guys in the band? Say you have three others besides yourself..."Gordon Shumway and the Melmacian Three" Hmmmmmm....kind of long.

You know I always enjoy thinking up band names.
How about "the Invaders" (probably taken)? MMMmmm "the Turks", that sounds pretty 80s but people might call you the Turkies, if thats bad.
"Major Tom and the Ground Control Commodores"..."The Amigas",
"Panzer Diablo Singapore"..."Master of Muppets"...sorry.

Jeez. This is always a hard question for me. I never usually answer them! But how about "80s Incorporated"? (I always like Incorporated after Damage Incorporated). http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//smile.gif Hey, how about "Damage Incorporated"? Ahh, probably taken...
