Because I have ME and it sucks, was wondering if that was why you changed to 2000. ME has a lot of bugs in it, I was thinking of changing to windows 98.

I have actually changed to Win 2000 Professional, which is based on NT.

As far as I can say it after a few hours, it never gave me trouble so far... <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> ...a friend of me is using it for about 3 months now, and he said that his PC is now running with much less trouble.

I have a partition with Win 98 SE for games which might not run under Professional and for the scanner as I still couldn´t install it.
