It sounds like a disgusting display and all the employees should have refused to participate. If their jobs were on the line if they failed to participate, then they all should have sued the sick twists who thought this was a good idea.

If it was a comraderie-building excercise....was she the only one spanked? Weren't the other participants spanked also?
There is such a thing as "sexual harassment". Any employer with any shred of common sense would have reviewed the excercise to see if it could be construed as sexual harrassment in any way. How do we know the "spanker" didn't just use this as an excuse to spank the "spankee"?

1.7 million but the lawyers get a nice chunk and I doubt she will see any part of that money soon. Camaraderie-building exercise? I think it is some sick perversion of her boss. Throwing a part..playing on a company sport team..those are camaraderie-building exercising.
