I got a pair of tortoise shell framed Wayfarers from Ebay a couple of years back for $20. They were the real deal, not a knockoff and the $20 included postage. Keep looking. Good deals are out there, especially if you don't mind a scuff or two.
I still have my original pair, but they've seen the wars and the pair that my wife bought me for Christmas BROKE when they fell two feet to the floor in a grocery store and landed on the frame. Broke the frame right at the bottom. :irked: Those were an expensive pair, not an Ebay pair, so I was pretty pissed.

Thanks!
Most of the new ones on Ebay are around $55 US; does that sound about right? Anywhere else to get them? I'm assuming I want the original's with the G-15 lenses if I want the true "80's" look?

That sounds like a decent price, but you can get used versions cheaper than that. I've seen new ones as high as $80, so $55 seems almost like a bargain.
Only Rayban now make Wayfarer sunglasses - and these are now Wayfarer II so not necessarily reflective of the true Wayfarer of the 80's.
Go for some second hand Bausch & Lomb or Rayban Wayfarers on Ebay. Loads are listed, so you should be spolit for choice -$20-30$ dollars being a realistic price for mint condition ones :thumb:
