I remember all of them. I had the opportunity to meet Psycho Sid once. He was in a really bad mood though. Met him after a show in Florida. He came through the drive-thru at a restaurant I was working at. Me & my best friend were laughing about the couple arguing. We both had headsets on and could everything while they were sitting were you order. Shocked me when I went to get their money and saw who I had just been laughing at. http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//eek.gif Only experience I'v had though. Unfortunately they don't do shows here in Oregon.

I wish I could have had had a camera for all teh times I met wrestlers. I met SId Vicious back when he was wrestling under a mask in Memphis as "Lord Humungus". I also met Jerry Lawler, Bill Dundee, and Soul Train Jones (AKA Virgil or Vincent) that night. I actually bumped into Sid in the bathroom (it was at a high school gym) He was, at the time, the largest man I had ever seen in my life.

The night I got the photos of Steiner and Simmons was a WCW PPV (Capital Combat). I met Sting, Ole and Arn Anderson, the Road Warriors, Teddy Long, MICK FOLEY(!), the MIDNIGHT EXPRESS(The greatest tag team EVER!, who I actually did get a photo with them and Jim Cornette, but cannot find it) Lex Lugar, El Egante (Giant Gonzales from WWF) was there (his debut match), Bam Bam Bigelo, Mean Mark Callous(UNDERTAKER) and the funniest ones I met that day was the Rock N Roll Express. See, the PPV was at the DC National Gaurd Armory. Me and a buddy walked up to the door to ask when they would open up (we got there WAY early) and the guy asks us for our Military ID cards and being in the navy, we flashed them to the guy. He assumed we were there to work, and let us in. Ricky Morton tried to get us kicked out for asking for him to take a photo with us, he was being a prick. Well, even then when I was only about 190 LBS I was bigger than him. So I told him "This AInt TV, my name aint MULKEY" (If you know old school, you know what that reference means.) He got mad and walked away.

About 4 years ago, I worked security part time at the Norfolk Scope. They had a WCW Nitro there. I was psyched, so I showed up to work early, and met just about EVERY major star they had, all but Hogan and Piper. It was funny because Chris Jerricho, who was TV champ at the time, got lost in the parking garage, and didnt have his WCW credentials and was asking this one OLD guy we had working to let him in. The guy knew I was a wrestling fan, and asked if this guy was really a wrestler. I looked at Y2J and he was smiling, like "Come on, tell him you know me" and I say "Walt, I'm twice as big as that guy, you think HE's a wrestler?" and walked away. Y2J had to walk around to the delivery dock, and I had already got there and let the back door guy know what I had pulled and we were laughing about it when he knocked on the back door. I appologized to him, and he got the joke and laughed about it. I met Buff Bagwell, he is G A Y HOMO CITY! But he was cool. Jacquelin from WWF was working there at the time, and I walked her to her dressing room. Funny thing is, she has glasses about 1/2 inch thick. and NO hair, I mean like maybe 1/4 of an inch, but she put her wig on, and took the glasses off, and she is HUGE for a woman.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT. I am in the bathroom, taking a leak, and who comes in and stands on either side of me at the urinals, but HALL AND NASH. They are laughing and joking, and DRUNK as hell. I couldnt say a word, I was awestruck. My Uncle is 6ft9 but skinny, Nash is a bit taller but about 4 times as wide, HUGE guy. My wife who loves Hall and Nash actually askes me if I checked out thier "packages" while they were pissing. She still doesnt believe me that I didnt.

I met Mongo and Debra that day as well, Debra is about as smart as the chair you are sitting in right now. Then I met PAUL WIGHT The Giant, the BIG SHOW. Now THAT is a H U G E man. The biggest person I have ever met in my life, but he was joking around and goofing off all night.

Oh well, thanks for letting me relive some memories, and thanks to Roem for putting up the photos, and fixing them up for me. BTW, that is my daughter with me and Jimmy Snuka. She is a HUGE fan, of course she loves the Hardy Boyz.

Later,
Ron

I love hearing people's stories about meeting these people. I'm pissed off right now because Mick Foley is going to be doing a signing tomorrow an hour from where I live. I can't get out of work to go!! http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//frown.gif So annoyed about that. Should call in sick. lol
