Well, the WWF has given up on it's plans of taking over WCW. Two major problems arose that they just didn't want to deal with. First off, Viacom didn't like the fact that the shows were still going to be aired on Turner networks. Second, WCW has long term contracts with certain arenas that the WWF doesn't want to deal with.

I still say that whoever buys wcw is a frieking moron. Let them go out of business, then sign all the wrestlers you WANT there, and sign newer guys. Think about it, if you have enough money to buy the company, plus start up costs, plus incurring 60 or 70,000,000 in debt, why would you go INTO debt? let the company go tits up, and start all over! At least that is what I would do.

Nah, you can't blame it on the wrestlers. It's the management that sucks in that company. They do have major talents down there of whom if they got a shot in the WWF, they'd be top guys right off the bat. (exp. Booker T, Sting, DDP, Scott Steiner, Vampiro, Buff Bagwell...etc.).

Can't really take anything from the talent. If the WWF took over the WCW, they'd be A LOT better than they ever were. Hell, if the WCW management took over the WWF, the WWF would suck just as bad...it's all a matter of direction, management, the writers, and everything else that goes on behind the scenes that make sports entertainment as good as it is.

Well, the WWF and WCW were promoting toys for their respective feds. Triple H and Steph were at the WWF stand...Goldberg was at the WCW stand. Goldberg then proceeded to approach the WWF booth and started provoking and issuing a challenge to Triple H for a fight and all this and that.

I forget how the whole thing started...I believe it was over some stupid rumor. But yeah, them two are definitely not friendly with eachother.
