Hi..

I'm a pretty good Google searcher but nothing has helped me find out what the name of this TV series/miniseries is. It's either late 80's or early 90's.

All I remember is some kid at a certain time every day has to stare into a TV and concentrate, then he gets sucked into it and goes through time or something.. Then he's on this game show. He tells his sister/parents what channel to tune into but it's all fuzzy on the screen.

I remember at one stage he's in a shopping centre and tunes a TV into that special channel and gets sucked into it there..

At the end of each episode it'd end showing a big clock (if I remember correctly).

... and I think towards the end of the series, the parents find out and get they get trapped in time or something, all nice swirly colours and stuff ;)

Hell lets see if my memory has been good enough after more than 10 years.
