What is your favourite song by the wonderful British 80's group Bucks Fizz?

Other UK top 40 hits they had that wouldn't fit in the poll:

one of those nights, 1981
london town, 1983
i hear talk, 1984

Man. I hate it when I can't vote in your polls because I've never heard any of the songs on the list, Jason!!! :(

I don't think alot of people will have heard of Bucks Fizz. They never reached the North American charts, but they did have a hit with The Romantics song Talking in Your Sleep

I'd never heard of them myself until about 5 years ago. Here are some clips of their work:

Thanks for providing the clips, Jason. Now I can officially say I've heard music from Buck's Fizz (isn't that a drink or something?) :thumb:

Bucks Fizz :argh:
You're right they were not the best.
But at least they wrote some of their own songs, there's plenty of rubbish about nowadays that would make Bucks Fizz look like one of the most important groups in music.
Hey and the two girls, wouldn't mind ripping off their micro skirts and 'making their minds up'!!! Eh?
Hold on, that doesn't make any sense. :thumb:

Well it didn't up until that last sentence about ripping their skirts off :yikes:

Although it was all done in the best possible taste as Cupid Stunt used to say

The only reason I know of Bucks Fizz is because of the girl named Jay Aston. The *exact* same name of Gene Loves Jezebel's singer!

Can you believe I actually know who they are? Yes..a lil gal from Austin, Texas! Well..once again, goes back to my military brat lifestyle in jolly old England. That was one of the first british bands that I heard when I was in 3rd grade. I voted for Land of Make Believe. That was my song back then.
