I can't speak for other charts, but here in Canada, all of these 1979 songs peaked into the Canadian top 20 in 1980. Which one is your favourite?
We Don't Talk Anymore is my choice. My mom had it on 45 and she used to play it alot
"We don't talk anymore" - Really stands out to me being a kid, I saw the video on television new years eve. Was really great, and I felt so "adult" sitting up with the grown-ups.

From this bunch I chose "Good Girls Don't". :)
I picked "Cool Change" only because it reminds me of riding around in the car with my mom and she used to play this 8 Track all the time.

Making Plans for Nigel gets my vote!! XTC were a very inventive band, reminds me of Thomas Dolby in their public persona!!!!
