A lady in her late 40's went to a plastic surgeon for a face lift. The
doctor told her of a brand new procedure called "The Knob." He explained
that a small knob is implanted on the back of the woman's head, and it can
be turned to tighten up the skin and produce the effect of a brand new
facelift. This can be done as often as necessary, for the rest of her
life. Of course, the woman wanted "The Knob."
Fifteen years later the woman went back to the surgeon with 2 problems...
"All these years everything has been working just fine. I've needed to
turn the knob on numerous occasions and I've always loved the results.
But now I've developed two very annoying problems. First of all, I've got
these terrible bags under my eyes, and, no matter how much I crank it, the
knob won't get rid of them." The doctor looked at her and said, "Oh my,
those aren't bags, those are your breasts."
The woman replied, "Well, I guess that explains the goatee."
