Hey everyone I missed you all this last weekend, my brother and I went camping and it was just great. We were camping about a 100 miles north of here up by Harrison, Michigan. On Saturday afternoon we went for a five mile hike along the Muskegon River. The colors are usually changing this time of the year, but really had not started. My brother has a truck camper so even though it got down to 31 degrees overnight on Saturday, we remained fairly warm. So over all it was really great to leave the "city" life behind for the weekend and get back in touch with nature. I hope that everyone had a great weekend as well. :D :D

Good to hear that you had a great weekend mjayeh...My daughter had a Tocata Sunday in Valparaiso...so that means enjoing nice fishfood first and after dropping her of at the tocata lying on the beach of Reñaca with the sound of the waves and the passing ships on the ocean... :thumb:

I've been tubing down the Muskegon River. :) I want to try to get up north this fall to see the colors this year. The leaves seem late this year, don't they? I thought they were turning early, but they stopped. Oh well, glad you had a good weekend. :)

Wow!! it sounds like I have to make plans for a fall weekend!!! I love nature... but only to visit not to live there... I am a city person. :D

But I am thinking of going to ethica NY!!! It is such a beautiful place! There is warterfalls, lakes and lots of forests!!! :bouncy:
