are there any 80's songs that YOU can honestly say you don't really care for?

I can think of three... ones that I don't really "hate", but I sure wouldn't listen to them by choice

Up Where We Belong - Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes
99 Luft Ballons/99 Red Balloons - Nena
You Are My Lady - Freddie Jackson

Rise Up - Parachute club

I used to like the Parachute Club, but they kind of got on my nerves after a while when the radio played Rise Up and At the Feet of the Moon to death

The rest of the world should be lucky that the Parachute Club never really made it out of http://www.webfitz.com/lyrics/canFlag.gif Canada

As Caligula says - 'Too many'
I hated whole genres of music and certain Artists entire output.
But it's different strokes for different folks and all the genres of the '80's are what makes the '80's special.
So i'll just mention the one person who i hated more than any.... Phil Collins.

I agree with you Gazza, loved his work in the 70's with Genesis, hated his 80's work (sorry all you Phil fans out there)

Other tracks I hate:

Michael Jackson - Bad
Dennis de Young - Desert Moon
Boris Gardner - I wanna wake up with you
Soft Cell - Tainted Love ( The original is soooo much better)
UB40 - Red Red Wine ( God I detest this song)

Let me see....
What was that song, I believe it was Died inYour Arms Tonight by The Cutting Crew. That one upsets me.

All the Love by The Outfield
St. Elmos Fire by John Parr (although I did not mind Naughty, Naughty)
All you Zombies by The Hooters
Oposites Attract by Paula Abdul

There are lots, lots, lots more but these make me cringe for some reason.

or pretty much anything by Michael Bolton. Mullets were awful haircuts, so they pretty much suited him

I never really cared much for MJ as the 90's came around. I remember in the mid-90's, I bought the 'Black or White' tape at a flea market for a buck. I took it outside and played baseball with it
