Did you know that Sting sang the "I Want My MTV" chorus in the 1985 Dire Straits song Money For Nothing

He was given co-writing credits on the song because the "I Want My MTV" lyric was a re-write of his hit song Don't Stand So Close to Me which he sang with The Police in 1980

I hear he and his wife practice yoga everyday and have a good intimate life.

I was reading an article about Sting in Macleans Magazine earlier this summer. According to the article, he personally makes $2,300 per day.... just from his royalties for the song 'Every Breath You Take'.

The figure seems astronomical, and I don't know much about the music biz, but Macleans is one of Canada's most credible news magazines.

With $2,300 per day from the royalties of just one song, I'm thinking that Sting can up-size his Whopper combo meal without giving it a second thought.

It is well known that Sting and Trudie Styler practice "Tantric" sex and claim to have marathon sessions lasting hours or days. On the Parkinson T.V. show here in the U.K. Sting was on with comedian Billy Connelly and said that he was trying to get Trudie to practise Tantric shopping. That is where you look and shop for hours and days and buy nothing :mwaha: On second thought though, with $2300 a day in royalties from one song, what the living hell does he have to complain about? :violin:
